Health and logs

Checking on a running server without opening a session.

get_server_health returns a snapshot of disk, memory, CPU and service status. It doesn't need a session, so it's safe to run any time.
get_app_logs tails the systemd journal for an app deployed with deploy_app.
For anything else, an SSH session and journalctl -u <service> is the tool.
