Launchpad is a managed hosting platform and Claude Code connector. Each app gets its own private Ubuntu server with nginx, a MySQL database with backups, HTTPS and its own asklaunchpad.com web address, and Claude Code (in the Claude desktop app) can launch, deploy to, monitor and manage that server through the Launchpad MCP connector, so a person can go from an idea to a live app without handling infrastructure.
Who it is for
People who have an idea for an app and want Claude Code to build it and put it online, builders who have an app working on their laptop and want it live, and small teams that need internal tools without a DevOps function. No technical setup, and nothing you can break.
How it works
- Launch a server. Create your account, choose a package and your plan is active with a private server ready, everything it needs already installed, plus your own web address.
- Connect Claude Code. Add the Launchpad connector (https://mcp.asklaunchpad.com/mcp) to the Claude desktop app once. From then on Claude can see your server and work on it directly.
- Build and go live. Describe what you want in plain English. Claude writes the app, sets up the data, puts it online and gives you a link to share.
Safety and trust
- Every app runs on its own private server that only you, and Claude when you ask, can reach.
- Claude works on your server with temporary access that opens only that server and expires after 30 minutes.
- Your database is backed up automatically.
- Real people look after the platform and answer when you are stuck, especially on your first launch.
